Nevermind it wouldn't look worse but I'd prefer not to get one and look for an alternative instead which is why I mentioned the double jaw surgery which could address the actual issue (which is bad middle and lower third development I believe)

My point was that there's no such thing as a bad nose. It looks like a "bad nose" because of horrible facial development primarily bad maxilla and mandible development. I agree it looks horrible thats why I want surgery. Just dont know which one would be the best one
