I’d say lower third is weaker than other thirds and you kinda have a nigative canthal tilt lips also and eye distance not ideal but you can just chill like that bro no need to stress about your looks at all you are already good

You look good enough brother, cl usually has a crazy facial halo like huge zygos, light blue eyes or a perfect robust jaw. Your features work well together especially because you're lean. Surgery most of the time can make you look uncanny or botched, especially you because you dont really need them but if you're this worried about how you look you can maybe contact @RealSurgerymax to get some actual surgery planning, which i think u dont need at all
