unfrauded, 2 month old photos, have improved certain aspects since then. Im just not as lean atm cuz of lean bulk hence why old photos.

Shld I consider hardmaxing the nose, if so what. I see some nose size improvement from topical tret and other skincare but it might be just placebo bc I havent put any corticosteroids or used isotret. I am considering microdose (20-30mg/week) isotret for my nose lmk if this will work as intended.

shld i attempt and look into diy botox and filler to softmax the nose or is the results not worth the time effort and risk.

hair has been grown out since then from the back and sides (aiming for grown out mod cut)

any suggestions lmk
