Eyes:
- Quite big for your face and seem protruding (unfixable but not detetrimental)
- Slight positive canthal tilt which helps a bit
Nose:
- Rhinoplasty to lift bridge
- Tissue has medium thickness, so maybe discuss this in in-person consultations with a cosmetic surgeon
Lower third:
- It looks like you have some excessively-protruded mandibular antegonial notches giving that odd skeletal look to your jaw
