At 21 the only thing you can do is get a chin implant since you're chin is very very reccesed
A rhinoplasty will also ascend you but i think its overkill

yes I planned a genioplasty for my chin with a bimax if it’s possible I have an appointment with the surgeon soon. do u think I will ascend to which rate ?
