I agree 100%, do you mind trying to identify exactly what’s “off” especially in that second picture tho? I don’t do well on dating apps so I know you’re right but it’s frustrating to not know what the specific issue is and whether it can be fixed.

You live in a moderately conservative country so you saying you don't get IOIs tell me you don't live in the capital city. You probably won't get IOIs because women are more conservative outside the capital. In order to perform well on online dating, you need literal professional photoshoot pictures taken even if you are as good looking as you are. You still get decent matches so your looks make up for it but no replies mean your text game is busted. If you have no luck with approaching, I'd chalk it up to your conservative environment + poor game.

If you move to a more liberal or secular city, you will do great
Get professional photos taken for online dating.
Reduce facial hair to 3mm all over to make yourself more appealing if you want to be a hoe.

I assume you aren't a weirdo based on your temperament so your looks will make up for your lack of game. Just make sure your social skills in general aren't bad.

Since downloading hinge 2 months ago I got about 30 matches but most of them are mid and the decent ones don’t reply. On tinder I legit get 0 matches

What I personally think makes you look 'off' is you without a beard. It makes you look gay. I would stick to the beard you have in your profile picture (perhaps a bit longer) and focus on Arab/Latina girls, as you'd be their type.
