I have both glasses and contacts but Ive been preferring my glasses lately. Less of a hassle. Focusing on my training so I want no distractions.

That is possible. I believed science before, that It was not possible. But when you look for example at Lu Xiaojun (weightlifter) back. You will see from the extreme training HE IS MORE TONED (back definition), same for Bruce Lee.
Science isn't there yet.

Dude what the fuck have you been doing since 2019? You should know that it's excessive and will only cause fatigue, There's no such thing as "Toning the muscle" As it only grows and muscle insertions cannot be changed. For a "Shredded" Body you need low body fat percentage and actually train in an optimal way for muscles to grow properly.
