In my opinion you should put all of your effort to get lean in the first place because i believe thats gonna take a long time, respectfullyI can work on two problems at the same time.

"How can I improve." Well I think its pretty obvious that the first step would be losing weight. Retinol is good for longevity, but its honestly pretty neglitable and you can low key just discontinue it for now untill you lose weight, so that you don't have too much uneccecery shit to focus on. When losing weight, you don't need to exercise if you don't want to, its complete cope when it comes to fat loss, only good for buildiing mucles. Np, but btw exercise is still good, its just not gonna help you lose weight. It pretty much makes your hunger levels go up by an equivilent amount to what you burn. Also, running and shit is retarded, weightlifiting is what actually works for health and looksThanks for the detailed response
