Hltn ur 13 get off the forum but make sure u priotize looks cause this is the only age u can focus on getting ur nutrients in like calcuim d3 k2 zinc magnesuim hard mewing hard chewibg maybe posture and sleep 9 hours and ovbiolsy sum other things try lash serum/oil and for ur eyebrows iswell and also dye them but theres not much of a need to worry about dying now and honetsly u look good for ur age alot vetter than most tgese 13 yr old u do seem a lil bloated to debloat tgrres no need for this potassium coconut water bollocks just have a good diet and ull be fine in 1-2 weeks time
