Not really other than losing more fat as you already said. The two biggest visible flaws are the lack of undereye support and a short ramus. These two are fixed with surgery or fillers so it's up to you. For the undereyes you can try some tyrosinase inhibitors for the darkness, and idk if you don't get enough sleep then sleep more.

Much Better. I used hydrocortisone and it didn't do anything for me. In fact it made my already oily nose oilier. It wasn't until I started accutane that my big bulbous oily nose begin to shrink.

nah not really, ur not subhuman but there's just not much to improve. like if you had bad skin and was fat asf you'd be lower rating but more to improve upon

since you're alrholding up pretty good on softmaxxable parts of ur face there's not much to do

easiest fix to ascend is to get rid of the fade and lineup, your headshape will look better without the fade fs
