Hey guys, this is my before. Narrow skull and narrow frame.

Now I' m 19 and 6,2. Skull still narrow, but I think it got better. Frame also got better. Any tips? And rate pls

No it’s surgery to make ur nose look nicer and make ur ratios a little nicer, ur already above average so not rlly necessary but if you got it u would prob be pretty exceptional looking imo

its not that bad but it would suit ur facial harmony so much gng, rhinoplasty isnt that crazy or expensive anyways.
