Idk honnestly but you can improve your skin and debloat more this is gonna make you mid-high mtn atleast but I dont know if you can get better than this

My skin is pretty good. If ur reffering to 2 nd pic it is taken after I used derma roller thats why there is some reddish scarlike things

Not downturned but the upper ones are straight while lower are curved
He should curl his upper eyelashes a bit - not too much or else it’ll look obvious & feminine
