Since your failos are mostly lower third related, there isn't really any softmax which can help at your age. Just improving overall health indicators can be good tho

hmtn--make sure to use hairstyles that dont add that much volume on top can def ascend you a bit given shorter lower third. You have a very youthful face as well so wont ruin appeal with chicks your age if u maybe try some kind of minimal stubble to extend lower third
