You should hop on accutane and later fix your scars if you have any with dermastamping at home. Professional scar removal will work for any deeper scars.

I would recommend you run 15-30mg isotretinoin daily (depending on your weight). You should do this with blood tests such as LFTs to check for elevated alanine transferase and so on, preferably you will have a dermatologist monitoring you.

I would run this with a topical retinoid which is obviously not recommended medically but it can help smooth our your skin which is currently awful. I would go for tazarotene or tretinoin

Eyebrows are too “tall”, scruffy, and lack density. You should use topical minoxidil 5% on them to thicken them but pluck them from them top to give you a more “dom” look with lower set eyebrows. I would recommend plucking not using a shaver to avoid making you look like a homosexual, consider getting a professional to do this but make it clear that you like pussy and not bit men.

You eye area is shit as I am sure you know. Only non surgical non cope impeovement would be fixing orbital hyperpigmentation with a topical tyrosinase inhibitior such as hydroquinone and maybe using under eye concealer.

Surgically, I would recommend periorbital fat grafts or titanium implants with the latter being preferred. A high risk high reward surgery would be orbital decompressipn but you risk becoming the next frank tufano.

Your lower third isnt great, you have a low bigonial width and you have assymetry. Since you are south asian, I would just recommend you beardmax. Dermastamp and minoxidil if you need to. Keep it medium length and keep it well kept and tidy.

Final thing is your neck is wayyy too thin. Please thicken it. It should be the same as your bigonial width ideally.
