  1. Hair :
    - Grow out, layers
    - Olaplex n.3 Hair Perfector once a week. dampen hair, apply evenly (coin sized), put on showercap, rinse after 20 mins, shampoo+condition after
    - Shampoo 1x week, condition 2-3x week, leave-in conditioner after conditioner and removing excess water

2. Eyes :

minutes 2x a day, after the muscle is built you can lower
it a lot to maintain muscle mass



3. Lips :

I aint tryna do latisse bc its gonna nuke my eye area plus i already have naturally long lashes im just tryna keep them thick

fear mongering, latisse wont do shit to your eye area if you apply it right. the sides were in old niggas who used eyedrops for years
