Yeah. He needs to lose weight, badly. But he can't or won't. i dunno. He responded with to much cope answers always imo, when people said to lose fat percenatge. You NEED to hire help with this. If you can afford this. You can't do it alone. You need someon to check on you, a person you need to report to and whom will go with you on the yourney to improving your eating habits and beleives about food.

Sometimes, a gym offers that also. You have to come train like x amounts of times per week, and they give you a food plan, and you get weighted and report at the gym like weekly. And the coach will be on your butt, when slacking, and motivating the hell out of us.
