I think ur on the late cusp of RME being the best option, talk to your ortho for more info, you might be able to say you have breathing troubles and shoot for the double jaw. Look into it more tho and keep me updated.

Yeah I’m actually going in around 2 weeks to see if I can get RME so I’m praying I can
