which is totally fine and high mtn-low htn is really good, but it just goes to show that i still have more to work on

u are at the point where hardmaxxing might not better you or even negatively affect you.
If you have a girlfriend and a good social life, that means that looks are fine for you and I agree with @jake_okok that it's best for you to work on accepting ur insecurities and just live your best life.

No it's honestly depending on your genes the hair you grew will fall out if you don't continue using it however in some rare cases and event will happen where you will be able to keep your hair
