rhinoplasty to fix the nose bridge if possible implants for the ramus, it doesn’t look that bad though
the hair kinda covers too much of the forehead but the styling is good

imo u don’t really need to be doing anything rn at 15 maybe volufiline for fuller lips since you’re too young for fillers
