I know my lower third is recessed and my side profile is my weakness. Any advice for that appreciated. (repost)

Unfortunately there’s not much to do besides surgery
 
yeah I get that, idk it’s conflicting cuz all my life i’ve had no problem getting hot chicks so i’m not interested in surgery but basically everything else I am. I’ve gotten rated good on appeal by other but i’m new to the community. Thanks for the advice anyway
