I believe to be mid mtn going into high mtn and I need any advice i can get. Trying to ascend using only softmax. Been doing sodium flush and spamming water. How to improve eye area any better? I believe i cut down to around 13% bf and im sleeping better to reduce dark puffy eyes.

your failos are : lack of forward growth in the jaw and maxilla, bulbous nose, small skull, oval shaped jaw
eyes look OK not a big deal

bimax (lefort 1 downgraft + advancement) + BSSO CCW rotation with a obwegeser cut

Try some facial hair, you don’t have the most defined jaw which is okay. But I think that some stubble would help make you look older and would go with ur aesthetic
