Lmtn with acne, hmtn without. Obviously fix diet, sleep, stress, maybe even hop on accutane (isotretinoin).

U got HTN potential for sure just look at that eye area and jaw

for fixing ur skin continue doing ur treatment and get laser treatment when u can, and then the biggest Looksmax will be tannig ur Wayyy too pale imagine ur coloring with tan skin, i would even take mt2 if i was you and maybe sunbed cuz u dont need to use it a lot with mt2 but for sure tan a lot in the sun.

maybe u can try to use tinted bb cream or some sprays some guys use

Yeah working on my scars, doing some LaserJet and microneedling, will try out something that'll make me tan cuz cant really sungaze when on accutane high dosage
