LTN, you have a good bone growth and jaw but very bad harmony and ratios, very bad nose, you can do a rinoplasty, eyes are not that bad if you do a surgery to quit uppereyelid exposure you will improve so much, ears of gnome can be improved by surgery and cut the hair.
