If they move your maxilla anteriorly then they probably have to align lower jaw aswell

Not sunken, Maybe lack of ccw rotation and maybe slightly recessed but not to bad, rhino could fix your nose for sure tho, maybe bimax has impact on nose shape but not guaranteed

So, basically, my options are: rhinoplasty, which is cheaper but gives a more limited result, or bimax surgery, which is more expensive but offers a better outcome?

if i was u I would do rhino and thats it, bimax is extremely expensive

Rhino will only fix your nose, bimax will fix your upper jaw/maxilla and by moving that forward it could give your nose more support and maybe fix dorsal hump
