hmtn castor oil on eyebrows and lashes, bonesmash zygos properly for swelling (i recommend using fist or hammer but it doesnt really matter), fix thyroid health, bonesmash browridge, and if your growth plates arent closed pin hgh if you do peptides if not then get 7hrs+ of sleep, exercise for atleast an hour a day, and consume a lot of protein.
