Fully Unfrauded in both photos (back camera and no angle abuse bs) came back on here because the Reddit is full of greys who say “your already htn bro just go live your life” so I need yall to give me some real advice (no risk too great no reward to small)

Lmtn, try leaning out,working on health indicators and growing your hair out, your base isn't bad bro you got it

1.U with Under eye fat graft and cantho( how to increase chances of fat surviving under the eye after the graft look up surgerymaxx on tiktok dude has a stack for it and his own skool)
2. Also lot lower bf around 8-12%(don't think that u will have same hollow cheek shape as here since im here kinda better u have well dev pallets), denser thicker and darker eyebrows (Bimatoprost, Derma stamp , Minoxidil
3. I suggested darker hair for better contrast with the skin but ideally u should be little tanned / wheat like if yk what I'm saying
Also neck exercises
