i'd recommend not growing out the hair as much on the sides because your face is short and broad as it is (not an insult)

and look into Otosticks for your flared ears

You have a pretty good eye area, you can ascend it further by growing out your eyelashes (look into topical/oral minox, Latisse, and peptide lash serums)

also if you're 16% body fat, you'd still have to cut down to 10-12% for ideal aesthetics.
