One eye apart doesnt matter, and if i give him one eye apart it will look worse, either give him more pfl which would make him more uncanny or make the eyes more close which would still look uncanny relative to his face width. Not everything is supposed to be perfect, too perfect is inhuman. He looks human this way, and is definitely higher in appeal than the first image

But you are right medial canthus needs to be better but nose wideness is really a halo if you have a wide face it makes you look more masculine and girls like big noses more as long as the face is wide, big nose and narrow face is a failo and make you look like a cuck
