This is one of the things I might ask for from a surgeon without realizing what it would actually end up looking like: "No backward movement, only forward." He has improved, but it's a little disproportionate. Looks a little like a Sailer result, but without all the gloss.

(1) Perhaps this is exactly what the patient wanted. If so, it’s a 10/10 result. But without this info we don’t know

(2) What’s annoying is the text blocking out the eye area, and the white contour of the text making it seem like the patient has deeper-set eyes and a recessed brow ridge — if this is the case, then yes, the advancement of the jaws seems too far. If not, then I could see how the patient might actually look really good.

(3) To my eyes there’s something odd about the mandible — the body (lower part) of the mandible is curved, which looks strange to me. This doesn’t look like a high bodyfat issue, it’s as if the shape of the actual bone is curved? I wonder if this could have been corrected during the surgery.
