wide temples narrow esr ( due to combination of wide temples and narrowish ipd ), lips, with the width being the biggest problem, and ur jaw is just too wide in my opinion, with the temples not helping of course ( the jaw can seem like a bigger issue than it really is due to ur narrow lips and narrow-ish ipd ), but those are ur main flaws
