normally i tell people to show their forehead but you definitely need to cover. if your 15 maybe pre molar chewing could work and get good posture you look pretty skinny so get in the gym and bulk while trying to stay 10-12%bf. But there is some threads on here who could help you more than i could also if you look in some of bojacks old videos he "explains" how to get more mandibular forward growth

I'm also still in the puberty, growth plates opened, still growing about 6-10 cm a year and didn't have a growth spurt like never , my torso is also very short while legs very long , with wingspan of 192cm, so I'm just praying the puberty is gonna fix my lower third
