Oldcel 26 and slightly ND. Have success with girls mostly because of status & money

What I Could pinpoint about my face:

1. Bad infraorbital
2. Recessed chin (Going to be looking into implants or a mento)
3. Thin chin (Implants?)
4. Receeding Hairline
5. Recessed Maxilla -- (Lefort to fix?)
6. Very overweight (currently at 213lbs; 6ft 2)
7. Large nose which looks even larger because of my recessed maxilla, will first fix maxilla
8. Fat cheeks
9. Low zygos

Would appreciate suggestions on what areas to improve, especially hardmaxxes.
