yeah it can last for a year tho i mean accutane and hydro can reduce the pores but ofc not change like the whole shape

The lower maxilla is slightly recessed and is also combined with excess chin projection, making the face look sunken. And for the fwhr I would suggest getting a middle part, if you're up for it, you can use makeup to contour and make your face look taller.
