these are like a month old ish, some info bout me for the advice:
I'm 19 and a half, currently lifting for 2 months now, taking supplements such as d3+k2, zinc, omega 3, magnesium bisglycinate, and ashwagandha (lmk what I could add)
lf pretty much any advice, softmax, hardmax, peptides, etc...
also lf someone knowledgeable enough about MARPE and to know if I need it, seen people also use rubber bands to promote forward growth at my age, but I feel like it wont work at 19+, lmk
