Your jaw lacks angularity as it is very rounded once you depart from the ramus, I'm just going to bump this thread so more experienced looksmaxxers can guide you.

Yes, I recommend falim gum or any type of unflavoured gum that doesn't contain weird substances

just get jaw fillers or implants. after jaw surgery, if you dont have a sharp lower third, youll probably never ever have that angularity since it comes from forward growth. youre just capped on that aspect. it is what it is
