Rate and advice please

I’m 16 years old, 5’11” (180cm), and 145 lbs (65kg). I don’t really do anything except for skincare in the morning and before bed, and that dosent really help because my acne is still really bad. I eat pretty healthy and I try not to eat any junk. I feel like it would help my confidence if I could get an honest opinion and people to help me.
