you could try to learn to style your hair, it looks a bit messy right now, if you could add definition to it that would ascend a bit. the rest is age, i mean you wouldn't really be able to change it. your philtrum looks okay, i think its just distorted as well as your mouth because you hold the camera close to the face.

just mew, eat well and you should get there. good coloring and good potential later
