It is in your case it is not balanced by your other facial thirds and looks around 0.9

A slightly longer mid face is ideal being around 0.97-0.95 is not a failo , anything between 0.95-0.9 is a failo but not brutal (can be if you have shit facial thirds) and below 0.9 can only be pulled of with incredible harmony (like long eyebrows and eyelashes frauding esr) and incredible facial thirds
