For those not "in the know", Paultooreal is an american tiktoker known for being ugly and having annoying mannerisms. He has such a bad reputation that he has become the standard for unattractiveness to many. But what makes him so ugly? Can a facial expert please enlighten us. For me, I think it is the fact that he has very normal features, but their distances are pretty bad so it gives him a very uncanny appearance. Discuss.

narrow jaw which leads to a ghost ramus, elongated mid face which is what mainly makes his face long, extremely puffy face even though hes low bd fat(maybe) un even lips and he tries to be a jester so bad lol,below avg mandible
