Lltn definitely below average.you have acne and you seem to be overweight,my advice to you is to stop worrying about looksmaxing for now and take care of your basic hygiene and diet these are required before you even think about improving your looks though drastic measures

Tretinoin or Accutane for skin, switch to contact lenses, shred some weight, hydrocortisone to shrink your nose tip (there are some great guides on that here). For the future, look into periorbital fat grafting, buccal fat removal and canthoplasty. sub5 as of now, but you can probably get to ltn quite quickly.

Thanks bro i think i got acne from milk i started drinking raw milk cause i heard pasteurized milk gives acne
