Try making your lips healthier, shape your eyebrows a little more downward, simply eat better to improve your skin HOWEVER the acne scars are quite a nuisance

i think your biggest problem is your bodyfat to musclemass ratio looks like you skinnyfat also i think you dont have the best diet

I wouldn’t say that I’m skinny fat but just skinny, I’m 5,10 and weigh 145. I can see my ribs clearly

you are fat, your collarbone is invisible and your face makes it obvious. if you're 145 now you'd actually be malnourished if you cut down, rare instance where i'd recommend bulking first in this context if you're not lying about your height. hop on ghkcu for acne scars but i'd say you're gonna be stuck at hltn for a while
