is there anything i could do besides diet sleep exercise and waiting for puberty? also rate pls, what are my failos and what i need to be htn. im thinking of getting blue contacts but idk if they would fit me

havent hit puberty yet so who knows tbh, gonna get buccal fat removal rhino and orbital+chin implants when i grow up. im gonna work at mc's this summer to get some money

yes, they did a bone age test, and one year ago at almost 14 my bone age was 10 years old jfl idk whats it at now tho tbh

5"1 rn, still havent had growth spurt but i grew 16cm (6 inches) in a year

im training neck im doing iso holds, curls w/ weight and training hyoid. what about palate tho how do i expand? i made a thread and nobody rly gave a useful answer. i have an overbite if that affects it

You don't want it bad enough. You can simply let time go like you've done forever and watch how your potential melts away. if you don't take action, you will keep looking at yourself at the mirror every single day and wish you took action.

ur falios are that u look like a little boy which u are lol ur philtrum is long ur skull is narrow u lack bonemass u just look soft idk not in a good way u should grow out your hair and just make most of puberty rlly tbh i dont think theres anything else

i can softmaxx to reach potential for height and bonemass im already on hgh and im gonns get jaw+chin implants and rhino if im older. limb lengthening too if im short
