Start by debloating tbh, cant do much unless I can see your actual face structure

diuretics, not a necessity though, just eat good food and hit the gym cause your really young right now.

you look fine for your age just get into the gym or find a sport you like eat healthy and dont overthink your looks to much

Realistically the best ascension you can do is just hit the gym and bulk up imo and try to find something to do for you hair your still 14-15 and go make sure there's no problem with your teeth, breathing so your face develops properly
