So i knou i have acne, im just started a treatment for that from a dermatologist, ill see if that makes my nose smaller, if not i think ill try hydrocortisone cream or whatever the name was.Dont mind the hair, its straight and fluffy becouse i just shampood it. I also knou that my side is cooked mostly the jaw and i think my neck is kinda wide and long from the side compared to the skull.
Please give me an rating and tips expecially for my under eyes cuz they are cooked, i hope its not recessed infras.

Mtn, your base is strong and you have a good side. I'd advise you to stop worrying about these unchangeable things like recessed infraorbitals, there's no reason to even mention then because they aren't gonna suddenly grow or something, so just accept it.

Get a razor and shave your stubble
After your accutane cycle (I assume that's what you've been prescribed) get CO2 treatment for your scars. They are pretty deep so things like GHK won't heal them.
You should also use a light tanning moisturizer to improve your colouring.

Your nose is fine, it doesn't really need to be smaller but yes, accutane will shrink it by UP TO, but never really 40%.

Get a proper hair routine, stop shampooing and just use conditioner, leave in conditioner and a gel to scrunch out.

Train your neck, as it's very skinny right now and you could look a lot better with more lateral thickness.

Other than that just go to the gym and generally take care of yourself and you're chilling, your base is good enough not to need crazy intervention.
