You have to buy the impression kit but not the headgear tube. The impression kit is the kit that you will need to make a mold of your palate and teeth, once you get your impression kit, make a mold of your palate and teeth, and send it over to USPS or whatever, they will send it over to their warehouse in which they will create the palate expander for you and then they will deliver the expander to your house.

Headgear tubes are just attachments so you can attach it to your reverse pull headgear. There are also attachment sites on the braces in which you can attach rubber bands to your braces and then to the headgear. Due to this you might not need to buy the headgear tubes considering
