Rate and give potential + tips

Based on my physique I would assume i’m at the very minimum like 16% bf but probably closer to like 18%. I plan on cutting in like a month to hopefully lose some face fat and i’m just gonna maintain after that. I’m also hopping on accutane here in like a week as soon as my prescription comes through. I’m not really sure what else I can do to ascend but I would like to know.

Id rate you LHTN. The first things you should work on are your skin, haircut and bonemass which have still a lot of room left to improve
For the skin you should try optimizing your diet and drinking 3-5L of Water, which is also optimal for other things like your physical performance in gym. Get 45–120 minutes of sunlight outdoors, which increases vitamin D production. Vitamin D improves calcium absorption, which is essential for building healthy bone mass.

U can improve eyebrows too, it looks its high set so try not to use forehead muscles, and use some eyebrow serum or smth to make it bigger

My diets not great but also not bad my macros are in check it’s just not always clean food. I also drink plenty of water everyday. I’m hopping on accutane so my skin will clear up regardless. But that brings up the sunlight point, my derm pretty much said since i’ll be on accutane in the summer that I will burn up really quickly and my time outside should be limited so i’m just wondering if it’s still possible to get enough sunlight if I were to apply sunscreen or wtv.

I am not really good with this one, gotta research that on ur own, its not high set now that i look closely, its ok
