Also how do i get rid of those closed comedones/whiteheads,im thinking of doing an extraction at a clinic.Tips on how to improve and which areas,what are dealbreakers and what are the good points.

been on it.20 mg is enough ? i weigh 95 kg and workout 4 days a week
