I’m 16, 6'1", 78 kg, and around 13% body fat, I have an above-average physique.I don’t have severe acne,but some pimples and while The flaws I can think of rn is my neutral canthal tilt (slightly negative bit not irl see mirrior pic) and maybe skin and my chin and maxilla are recessed
I have a lot of friends, including female friends. I don’t get really awkward around women, though I’m not always fully comfortable in one-on-one situations with them and def not cold aproaching but I’m mainly just looking for a small confidence boost.(im ethnic so all u racist fucks can ignore)

Maybe you are prognathic, you have a lower maxilla projection but a flat upper maxilla and recessed chin

i looked at the picture its not that recessed, just flat, genioplasty would really carry, and your dorsal bridge is wide
