Rate and help a guy for good karma

Hi, I've been lurking this and similar forums for years, but never had the courage to actually sign up and ask for help.

Throughout the years I've been suffering from body dysmorphia, anorexia etc, you know the deal... and always keep changing my look, hair, dress etc.

I tried gym multiple times, but whenever I go hard and gain like 5 kilos I straight away drop it and go on a diet to lose weight, because I gain a lot of weight in my face and it looks less defined.

Recently came to a conclusion that I need to get rhinoplasty and a canthal tilt eye surgery, but all this worrying about my looks kind of left me confused on what even looks good. So I'm asking you guys to tell me where I'm at and what I should focus on, maybe I'm missing something and something else should be changed too. Don't roast me too hard please, I'm already kind of nervous..

Dark red hair is how I look right now and the rest of the pictures are selfies I took throughout this year. Didn't have better pics as I don't really let others take pics of me, 2 of them have an iphone filter.

Been mewing for about 2 years 24/7 now and it certainly didn't make me look better, but it surely made my jaw a bit bigger, don't know if it's even better like this.

5 PSL. Keep the perm and your chin looks strong and forward grown enough, nose doesn’t look bad either, except from the fact of it being so long because of your long midface. Good eyebrows. If you had a more squarish jaw that would ascend you hard. Your midface isn’t really that long, but it is on the longer side of midfaces.

I don't even have a tik tok and haven't spent more than 2 minutes on that shit, same goes for instagram, except i have 1 pic on it.

Thanks a lot, bud! Funnily that isn't perm, my hair naturally curls if I squash them and don't use a blowdryer, lol. I'll grow it out again and keep the natural color with highlights, regretting going red LMAO. You think losing bf and improving my face muscles and chewing on chisell, chewing gums would help the jaw? Not sure what can be done about the midface tho :/ But all in all thx a lot

Losing bodyfat could work to maybe get hollower cheeks. Also chewing could help you achieve that too, but I doubt you will be able to “expand” your narrow jaws. As for hollow cheeks, it all depends on your bone structure underneath too. For expanding your jaw I would suggest googling MSE, but I don’t think it’s worth the hassle anyway. So you having a narrow jaw makes your midface look longer (I have the exact same problem as you do, but I also have a weak recessed chin on top of all that). Sadly midface can’t be shortened, unless you are really disabled no surgeon is going to perform something like that on us. You can however create an illusion of a shorter midface with expanding your jaw with fillers. People also use lip lift to create an illusion of a shorter midface sometimes by shortening the philtrum.

Np and thx for all the tips. What did you mean by MSE tho? Also what about the eyes, i have dark circles and think that i need to lift canthal tilt.. I'll post a pic where it's more evident

MSE: Maxillary Skeletal Expansion/Expander

Dark circles are kind of difficult to hide, for example women have it much easier with using make up to contour their dark circles. The only thing that could treat them that I can think of right now are fillers or botox. There is also another method called fat transfer, where let’s say you lack fat in that area under your eyes, the surgeon will transfer that fat there from somewhere else. Can’t really say how effective any of these would be, because dark circles and their causes can vary.

Lifting your canthal tilt can be pretty expensive and I think Taban is the only one who does it good (if anyone knows some other surgeons, please name them).

But not Chadlite (yet). aka, beleow PSL5. aka below 85 percentile.

Probably 65-70 percentile ranges, face.
