Ive got curly dark brown hair, souless shortsited eyes, a lanky body, a long nose and narrow horse face: im a walking stereotype!

I dont want any responses like "its over", or "no haircut for your face" - those responses wouldn't even give you rep cuz we've seen it a thousand times before (or atleast i have ) - i need proper advice that can help me improve, even if its just by 0.1 PSL.

What haircut do i get? What clothes should i wear? You guys are the professionals.
